The result of their activities culminates in creating a newish tendency of law called ”technological law” in a response to the necessity, carried by  lawyers.

This tendency, covers common technical and technological features and boundaries, and fields of international law, privacy international law, as well as the domestic rules and regulations of countries.

In proportion to scientific and technological developments in the recent years, this field and the scientific and technological fields have, phased, influenced others’ growth and advancement , in such manner that, nowadays, legists as well as scientists active in these fields, have commenced valuable efforts in other to make analysis, to find methodologies for maintaining and safeguarding the forthcoming accomplishments, to confront the related crimes, and to design and expand the related essential regulations.

For this purpose, the committee for studied of technological law has commenced its activities, with the help of the almighty and with the intention of promotion the level of the country’s technological law knowledge, via the following procedures: 

Collection of Sources:

·         Execution of comparative studies in the field of technological law

·         Preparation of the draft of the essential rules and forwarding proposal to the related authorities in order to provide the legal bedding and further security, for the rights related to intellectual properties, for the purpose of promoting the country’s technological status.

·         Completion of special law studies, for designing and improving the scientific, technological and industrial policies in the country.

·         Holding specialized seminars, with the cooperation of domestic and foreign centers

·         Cooperation with the law Faculties to prepare and approve of the short-term and long-term education project to the course of technological law.

·         Preparation of an appropriate environment for exchange of thoughts among experts and the related officials.

·         Identification, orchestration and forwarding proposals to university and technological schools’ research centers for execution of researchers. Exchange of information and data with the domestic, foreign and international research centers. Publication of the articles and perspectives of the experts.

·         Introduction of books, magazines, these and Internet sites of the activities in the field of technological law.

·         Presentation of some of the legal related services.
